"Overall experience was fine. It’s a massive hotel with 3 separate hotel buildings. Very crowded, even though this was off season.
The restaurants were okay.
The staff in the reception were very helpful!
It’s way too expensive compared to other way better hotels in Vietnam, but there are not a lot of options on the island. "
"It's a modern hotel with modern rooms and a friendly front desk staff. The negatives are that there is no chair or table or luggage rack in the rooms, and the breakfast was a very small set meal, by far the smallest breakfast among eight hotels that we've stayed in while in Vietnam."
"Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind."
