Ted was responsive and accommodating.The beautiful place was just as it was described.We were 7 old friends that will get together every year and enjoy eating drinking playing card game and reminisce about younger days.So the back seating area and the front deck and short walk to the beach checked all the boxes.I will go back to Ted’s place with my own family in the near future.

Beautiful home, location and so many wonderful amenities provided by Ted and Rose!! Just a short drive to neighboring Moss Landing, Monterey and Carmel. The home is nestled away in a tranquil location. We had a generational family VAC and none of us wanted to leave! We will definitely be back!Thank you Ted and Rose for sharing your home and being great hosts!

We walked in and right from the start, the view was tremendous, bright, blue skies, waves galore, Sand to play on and have treasure hunts, beds were comfortable and warm, and food was exceptional using the best kitchen and equipment ever. We spent a day at Monterey Aquarium and after dinner we watched the octupus wildlife movie - so interesting, even the young kids liked it on such a big screen TV. It is a fine netflicks movie. It helped for us to see the huge Octupus coming towards us to check us out at the Acquarium. That was an adventure as well. Our weather couldn't have been more perfect with the blue sky, white clouds and a touch of warmth, typical of January weather. We hope that there are many trips in our future. Thank you very much for sharing your house.

A great after Christmas family getaway! Loved the remote location for peace and tranquility. The house was well stocked for cooking, comfy beds, kitchen table was a big gathering place for games/cards great grill, and the view of the ocean was amazing. Will come back!

The trip was for my 89 year old Father who is fighting Cancer and wanted to stay on the Beach so he could hear and see the Ocean and this home did not disappoint ! From the moment he walked in and enjoyed the view from the floor to ceiling windows in the comfortable chairs placed right there . He was to take advantage of the chairs outside and enjoy the view of his own private secluded part the beach and enjoy the serenity with his wife. Then took a whale watching cruise and was able to go to the Aquarium which are in close proximity to the property. Thanks Ted & Rose for sharing your wonderful home ! Sincerely Jackie

This was an amazing place to stay. The view was incredible, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The appliances were new and the furniture was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay! Rose and Ted’s home was more than perfect for our annual mom-kid vacation. We enjoyed cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner in the well-stocked kitchen and had room for all of us to enjoy our meals together and play games! Kids enjoyed playing basketball and we loved our quick walks to the beautiful and serene beach! We had an easy drive to all our favorite places like Big Sur and Point Lobos. Waking up to the ocean views and the sounds of the waves was simply magical! Thank you to Rose and Ted for sharing your home with us! We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Three generations of our family staid for five days very comfortably. The view and beach access is amazing. We took full advantage of the private courtyard. All of the rooms are good sized and well appointed. The kitchen has everything, including a fully-stocked spice pantry. We hope to make this an annual event and are very grateful to Ted and Rose for opening their home to us.

I moment I entered the community I could not take the smile off my face. We parked and walked to the units gate and opened it... everything is perfect. Ted and Rose have the unit furnished with magnificent pieces. Bright, airy, the sea and sand.

The house size and bedrooms was just right for our family of 9. Our kids and grands all surf, so being close to the beach was perfect. We hiked at Elkhorn Slough, played volleyball, sat in the hot tub and played and lounged on the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes. We ate most meals in the condo. I would recommend providing beach chairs for guests. Our three generations enjoyed this vacation!

This was an outstanding stay. We had the time of our life. Can’t wait to go back. Great communication with Ted and his wife. I would recommend this property to everyone. It was so relaxing staying at there beach house. My family had so much fun! The whole experience was much better then we could have expected. This house is decorated perfectly. Upon our arrival at your townhome, we felt the presence of nature surrounding you, from the lush plant life to the sound of the Pacific seemingly at your doorstep. The passageway to the ocean became a favorite for all, particularly the toddlers who laughed with glee as they frequently escaped the confines of parents and house to head towards the beach. Watching them stop to explore the various plant life unique to this area of the country was a pleasure for all. The house came well stocked with kitchen needs from olive oils, spices to aluminum foil to minimize the need for frequent visits to the grocery. Bedrooms were spacious and allowed for us to house the 9 family members with comfort. It was a fabulous oasis for us to get reacquainted with family after 4 years of separation and would highly recommend this beautiful vacation spot. We welcome opportunity to visit again soon.

The location was gorgeous, quiet and surrounded by nature. My husband and our 3 adult kids and partners plus a 2 year old enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home on the dunes overlooking the beach. We’ve never seen such a well equipped kitchen with every tool or gadget you could ever need. The furniture was so comfortable and nicely arranged in the shared space. The questions we had were answered promptly and the welcome bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch to a very pleasant time.

This was our second time staying at Ted and Rose's amazing ocean-front property. It's a little piece of paradise and our extended family that we brought along felt the same way. Seeing the ocean from almost every room is blissful and the house is really well laid out and stocked. One of the best VRBO properties we've ever stayed at. And, Ted and Rose are fantastic, thoughtful and responsive hosts. 5-stars all around!

Our hearts are full after the perfect Thanksgiving family reunion at Ted and Rose’s seaside beach house. The hosts show so much pride of ownership and care for their guests. Communication from start to finish was quick, detailed, and caring. The home is stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Just pack your clothes! The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms, kitchen and decor modern and tranquil, and the beach is a hidden gem - you won’t want word to get out about how peaceful and relaxing and perfect your stay will be! Thank you so much Ted and Rose for sharing this healing and uplifting space for us to make so many cherished memories with our family. We will be back!

Beautiful house right on the most gorgeous beach, newly renovated with exquisite taste. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, great communication. This area of the CA coast is exceptional- close to Monterey, Santa Cruz, but also very down to earth as the agricultural breadbasket of the nation. We loved it and will return.

This property was amazing. Very tastefully furnished, very clean and located steps from the beach with incredible views. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of fresh towels and extra linens. A nice bottle of wine and chocolates were a surprising gift! The hosts were super easy to work with and went beyond the call of duty by shipping us back our granddaughters favorite stuffed bear that we accidentally left behind. Without a doubt we will be booking this gorgeous beach house again.
