This is by far the best property I have ever had the joy of staying at, the attention to detail is second to none. All of the staff are amazing and make the stay feel like you're part of a family, you can spend all day just wandering around the grounds there are so many little details to find and the pool is to die for.

They helped booking us in at some of the best restaurants we have ever tried and it was cheap! Beautiful landscape surrounding and the hotel was located right in the city by the beautiful city hall! Could not think of a better way to spend a romantic holiday or family trip. All thumbs up! Great shopping too!"

"Location is GREAT. Get a room with a view. Restaurant and bar are really good. Sit..eat…drink overlooking the beautiful countryside. Finding the parking is tough. Victor is terrific…he is service and action oriented. He alone would have me say the service was excellent. However, all others were also very good. Great two nights and would highly recommend. "

Service var top, vi havde halvpension og det var fint, da vi fandt ud af at springe en ret over. Service i restaurent og reception, var fantastisk. Meget venlige mennesker, der gjorde alt for at vi skulle føle os godt tilpas. Der er 2-3 min gang til nogle af de flotteste udsigter i Pienza. Parkeringskælder er et stort plus. Das Gebäude selbst ist über die Jahre gut gepflegt und instand gehalten worden, es hat schon fast etwas Nostalgisches an sich. Alles ist tadellos sauber!
Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Zum Hotel gehört ein Campingplatz, der aber nicht groß ist und auch nicht weiter auffällt.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"Easy to find hotel and parking, although you do have to walk up a steep hill to get to hotel, fine for us and our children. The rooms are amazing, cute and quaint. They were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We traveled from Naples to Dubrovnik stopping in Tuscany for a few nights and this was one of our favorite stays! It was so beautiful! A great central location for all the towns we wanted to visit. Breakfast was delicious with a great view! Highly recommend! If we ever make it back to...

"On the surface, our hotel room looked very modern and fancy, but once you took a closer look, the story was quite different. The carpet was covered in stains, there was mold around the air conditioning vent, and the sofa was practically falling apart. The TV in the room was also incredibly small – I’d guess there are tablets out there that are bigger.
The hotel is located in a rather dull area, but if you’re driving an electric car, there’s a wealth of Tesla charging stations out back."
