Set across the ground and lower-ground floors of a sleek, air-conditioned villa, this comfortable escape offers both privacy and versatility. Each apartment features its own open-plan living area, full kitchen, and dedicated sleeping quarters. The interiors are bathed in natural light and furnished in a modern, functional style to ensure a relaxed and stylish stay.

The villa’s expansive outdoor spaces include a sunny terrace, a shaded veranda, and a private garden planted with olive trees. Ideally set up for alfresco living, there is also A BBQ area, an outdoor dining area, a hammock, and a sun terrace with loungers.

The villa sleeps 11 and features five comfortable double bedrooms arranged across both apartments:

The property is nestled in the countryside between the small coastal hamlet of Marina di Felloniche (a 7-minute drive) and the historic town of Castrignano del Capo (an 8-minute drive).

The surrounding coastline is known for its wide, sandy beaches, which slope gently into the Sea, making them ideal for children and older visitors. For sun worshippers, the closest beach is Baia di Ciardo (an 8-minute drive) and the beautiful Spiaggia di Pescoluse – also known as the Maldives of Salento is just a 15-minute drive.

Visitors can also reach the pretty town of Santa Maria di Leuca, at the southern tip of the Salento peninsula, within a 10-minute drive. This town is known for its lovely seafront villas, and the 18th-century church of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, at the very tip of Italy’s heel, is a 12-minute drive away.

There are several restaurants within a 10-minute drive and a supermarket an 8-minute drive away. For self-catering, Castrignano del Capo (8 minutes) has a weekly market (Thursday) where guests can find the freshest local ingredients.
