The residence is located a 12-minute walk from Marina di Felloniche and an 8-minute drive from Santa Maria di Leuca at the southern-most tip of the Salento Peninsula. The villa is ideally situated a 5-minute walk from the closest beach, Baia di Ciardo, which offers breathtaking views of the coastline.
