Charming apartment located approximately 200 meters from the beach and just 600 meters from the main seafront promenade. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

The apartment is part of a small residential complex with three units in total, with additional accommodations available if needed (Casa Marilda 1 and Casa Marilda 2).

THE LOCATION

Casa Marilda 3 is situated near Punta Ristola, the southernmost point of the Italian heel, famous for its sculptures and sea caves. This area is both fascinating and picturesque, offering the unique opportunity to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset due to its exceptional geographical location.

The town center is within walking distance (about 700 meters), where you can find a variety of local shops, including restaurants, kiosks, newsagents, bars, and ice cream parlors. Logistically, the apartment is ideally positioned for easy access to the Adriatic coast and other nearby attractions.

THE HOUSE

This apartment is located in the basement and has a total area of approximately 85 m². The space is air-conditioned and includes the following:

-A spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen.
-A double bedroom.
-A full bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
-A comfortable, furnished veranda, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.

Casa Marilda 3 does not have private parking, but there are several free parking options nearby. *Please note that during peak season and busy times, finding parking may take a little longer.

Pets are welcome upon request and with prior arrangement.

As mentioned, the house benefits from an excellent location. It is approximately 200 meters from the sea, where you can find a low, free rocky beach, and just a short distance from Punta Ristola, a stunning area offering breathtaking views and landscapes.

The coastline is dotted with natural sea caves that are not to be missed. Some of these caves can be reached by swimming, but for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend taking a boat tour (for further information, please ask) with BLUEMARINE and SEASALENTO.
