" I like about the courteousness’s of the hotel staff from taking the luggage from the entrance of the hotel, to the check in registration, until we reach our Room. The room is huge, beautifully decorated with an office like working table for those in a working vacation. The bathroom and the comfort room are in excellent condition."

"We enjoyed the Family Suite of Swissotel with complimentary breakfast buffet for 2. Used my Accor card for the 2 additional breakfast. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Room was so nice that the kids didn't want to swim anymore and just hibernate inside. The pictures in the website are accurate."

"This place is close to zoobic Safari and Ocean Adventure. They have a little private beach. If they were fully booked they might feel crowded (i'm not sure). We went in August and it was like having our own beach and pool. Every relaxing. The only thing i'd say to be aware of is the access road is a few km of driving through the mangrove forest to get to them."

"Family trip to Subic. As we wanted something close to Manila we choose White Rock because of the waterpark. Beach is not at "White beach" and very small, but the waterpark in the resort is great. Pools for all ages. Resort is very clean, and staff super polite and friendly. Many activities, including gym, island hopping, zip-line, waterslides etc. Resort restaurant offer a great variety of local and international dishes of good quality. We visited in mid February which apparently is off...

We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers. "At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . "Beautiful scenic location high in mountain next to the forests. Listening to the insects especially at night is amazing, something you don’t experience living in the city. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff here is welcoming and friendly. A visit to Tala River right below the hotels entrance is a must. The river is calm and soothing and the water is crystal clear. You are surrounded by a forest with no noise except from nature."
