"Awesome apartment, thought of every detail. The jacuzzi however was really dirty, filled with sand, we also found small pieces of plastic and hair in it. Apparently since we first discovered this after the cleaning lady went home, they could not offer any help.
The hotel was not responsive to my message after checkout, which unfortunately meant that we left the hotel with a rather bad impression, as I probably expected more, given the rate charged.
What they also failed to mention was there...

"The place is a lot further from town than what it looks like on a map and it's a steep climb back to the hotel from town. The old town is too far away to visit by foot.
Main issue was the pool which we nicknamed "the puddle" with the other guests. It's super small and had an uninviting green color to it. The room itself was okay the bath was a bit warn down though with tiles missing in the floor. Unrelated Ragusa it self as a town is not anything special compared to Noto, Taormina or Cefalu."
