Casa Arte Alfieri has a small gallery featuring paintings by my wife, Evelyne.

The house is located in the center of the village of Castellina Marittima (PI), where you’ll find a grocery store, butcher shop, bakery, wine bar, restaurant, ATM, car charging station, and bike rental right nearby.
Very popular for cycling.
Castellina Marittima is about 10 km from the sea.
Fascinating sandy beaches, pine forests, and unforgettable sunsets are truly impressive.
The house has three stories.
On the first floor, you’ll find the living and dining area, featuring a wood-burning stove, a modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and standard kitchen appliances, as well as a guest restroom and a washing machine.

On the first floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a French double bed (1.60 m) and a built-in closet.

On the second floor is a large living room/bedroom with a French double bed (1.80 m), a freestanding bathtub, a desk for light office work, and a TV with satellite reception (including German-language channels).
There is also a small storage closet for suitcases and clothes.

In front of the house is a small terrace with a stone table and a garden grill.
Starting in May 2025, there will be a large garden (1,000 m²) across the street with various lounge chairs, a parasol, and private parking.
