"Dejligt hotel med fantastisk service fra et smilende og meget hjælpsomt personale. Værelset var rent og fint, manglede dog en bruseniche. At stå i et badekar er svært ;) Morgenmaden var lækker. Vi nød vores korte ophold her :)"

"The Modica Palace is a very nice hotel with very friendly service. It is not as intimite as some other Sicilian hotel but it has its own charm. When we arrived the receptionist showed us to the room and discovered that the bathroom was not cleaned from the last guests. This is of course not as it should be but the efforts they put into make up for the mistake was great. While cleaning we went to the very nice pool area and suddenly a waiter showed up with two cocktails for us to compensate for...

"If you are going to visit Ragusa (and you should), this is absolutely the best place to stay. There is no beating the view and their "secret staircase" saved us many extra steps when walking to the Ibla, which we did numerous times. We had a car with us and found it easy to drive to the hotel and find parking. The gentleman running the place was great. He helped us with recommendations and served us a lovely breakfast every morning. A note about Ragusa, the Ibla are is what you come for, but...
