Dama dei Venti lies in the countryside surrounding Castellammare del Golfo, whose historic town centre is about 4 km away. This is a villa with a modern layout, furnished with comfort and functionality in mind. The large windows of the living room render it particularly bright and well connected to the delightful living areas set up around: a large veranda equipped with hob, sink and dining table, and the pergola, near the pool, arranged with a seating area. Set in a particularly peaceful context, with an open view over the surrounding countryside, it is the ideal place for relaxing, away from the chaos of the city but, at the same time, for moving easily and quickly to visit the countless attractions in the neighbouring area and to reach the beaches, just 10 minutes away. We are in one of the most fascinating locations overlooking the Gulf of Castellamare, the largest in Sicily, a true amphitheatre on the sea, a town where every corner recounts something of its rich past and will amaze you with its coast touched by strips of sand bordered by pines, solitary towers, cliffs covered with prickly pears and an inlet that opens onto the rocks washed by a wonderful sea. A few kilometres away is the alluring Riserva dello Zingaro, from which depart paths that can only be travelled on foot, as well as the nearby cities of Trapani and Palermo.

Interior:
The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, a big sliding glass door leads to the large living room with sofas (of which one double sofa bed) and TV area, dining area and modern kitchen. The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower. From the living room a flight of steps leads to the top floor with the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From the top floor an external staircase leads down to the private parking area and to the pergola. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Park:
The 3000 sq m park of Dama dei Venti is completely fenced with electro-welded mesh. The garden, characterized by a modern design with plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub, flower beds and areas of lawn surrounding the pool, contains a furnished veranda outside the living room, organized with hob, sink and dining table, and a large pergola. Just past the automatic entrance gate is a parking area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool lies on the same level as the ground floor, facing the furnished pergola with access to the living room. Rectangular and measuring 5 x 10 m with a constant depth of 1,40 m, the pool is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification, internal lighting and Roman steps for access to the water. The stoneware-paved border is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and there is a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October.
