It has a total capacity for 4 people, with two bedrooms and a complete bathroom.







It is a cozy and luminous flat, distributed with two bedrooms and a complete bathroom. The dining room has a TV with French channels and air conditioning, as well as a comfortable sofa and dining area equipped with table and chairs. The living room gives direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area with your family.



The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, etc.





Bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: double with double bed (180 x 200) with wardrobes, sea views and direct exit to the terrace.



Bedroom 2: double with two single beds (90 x 200) with wardrobes.



The bathroom with shower is at the entrance of the flat.



The terrace is spacious, has a table with chairs ready to enjoy meals with family or friends. It also has a corner with chill-out sofas, ideal for having a cocktail while enjoying the magnificent views.



Included is a parking space in the communal car park located just below the building. Apart from this there is a lift, building porter and bicycle parking. A garden area with swings, a pétanque court and two ping-pong tables offer various activities for both adults and children.

Groups of young people under 25 years old are not accepted.



The price of the cleaning fee includes: final cleaning, sheets and towels (2 per person).
