Apartment in a quiet condominium, which hosts second homes and holiday homes. Positioned on the top floor, it enjoys a large balcony that extends for the entire length of the apartment. With generous dimensions, the apartment consists of a living room with a small kitchen, two large bedrooms with a double bed and three additional beds that can be rearranged as needed, and a bathroom with a bathtub-shower.
The house is well-equipped, providing basic cooking amenities and a coffee machine, TV, and all bathroom essentials.
It is easily accessible by car, located only an hour from Milan and 15 minutes from Lake Como. For guests arriving by car, convenient free parking is available near the residence.
It is located on the third floor, and please note that there is no elevator.

Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
