"Location is excelente! Nice big room, comfy bed and nice hand soap. I went in summer with my husband and 2 kids. I was a little hesitant about paying the deposit thru link after learning that many scammers work that way, but it was the only way since it is a self check in. They do send instructions of everything with steps to enter the room. The key to the room is modern, thankfully my 19 year old got us in quite fast. "We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit."

"Nice, clean and spacy apartment with a large terrace with stunning view over the mountains, city and lake. Easy check-in. Need good driving skills to park though. Our only aberdabei is the pool. We partly rented this apartment because the descripton said outdoor pool, which there wasn't. There was an indoor pool that smelled of stagnant brackish water, and didn't exactly call for any of us to go swim in it. Otherwise we had such a lovely stay."

"The cleaning staff I met were super kind. Highlight of the hotel. The female receptionists were not the kindest. They seemed a bit cold and stressed. However, the man working the night shift was super friendly and really made me feel welcomed and at home. He seemed to genuinely care unlike the other receptionists. Also, one downside is the fact that the rooms actually don’t come with blackout curtains. This made my sleep a little disturbed. The location is perfect - just a 3 min walk to the lake."
