L’Ostal Cassinia is a beautifully restored 18th-century former coaching inn, built in 1774, offering 300 m² of elegant living space in the heart of Cassagne, at the foothills of the French Pyrenees.

This spacious character home welcomes up to 12 guests and combines historic charm with modern comfort. It is ideal for family gatherings, vacations with friends, wellness retreats or small professional stays.

Located less than one hour from Toulouse and only 10 minutes from the A64 motorway exit, the property offers both peaceful surroundings and easy access.

Outdoor Living
The house features a private swimming pool and a large enclosed garden (800 m²), perfect for families with children.

A covered stone terrace, accessible directly from the kitchen and dining room, comfortably seats 12 guests and is equipped with a barbecue and plancha grill. From the terrace, you can enjoy open views over the garden and pool.

During summer, the house remains naturally cool thanks to its 1-meter-thick stone walls. Morning ventilation helps maintain a pleasant indoor temperature even on warm days.

Hiking trails and nature activities begin directly from the house.

Interior Spaces
The home offers generous living areas designed for comfort and conviviality.

The cozy living room features a fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs, flat-screen TV and DVD player. A selection of books and board games is available.

A separate billiard room provides a dedicated space for entertainment and relaxed evenings.

The kitchen is designed for group cooking and shared meals. It is fully equipped !

Basic pantry items are provided (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, herbs).

The dining room opens onto the terrace and garden and seats 12 guests comfortably.

The dormitory does not have a private bathroom; guests share a nearby bathroom with one other bedroom.
