The cottage is brilliant and really well equipped. Far more provided than anticipated. Lovely ambience around and so much to do outdoors in the area. Owner and his staff are excellent at what they do. Would return again tomorrow if we could!

We spent 2 nights at Grasmere and loved every minute. The views were stunning, the property was very well kept, excellent service, the room was clean, a good size, and the bed was comfortable. A great place for peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Lovely warm cabin with sufficient kitchen facilities. Good shower. Towels etc replaced as required. Recycling facilities. Shopping was v ltd but we had taken supplies as prewarned. Cabin a little dated but clean and warm with friendly owners. We hope that the motel can be continued with the same ...

We loved our stay at the chalet! It was warm & cosy, had a great charm about it. Especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the sun in the afternoon admiring the incredible views! Highly recommend.
