This holiday home is situated on the top floor of a small 4-story apartment building (with a lift) and provides a bright and spacious holiday escape for up to 4 guests.

With high wood-beamed ceilings and a terracotta tiled floor, the property enjoys a characterful rustic style. With plenty of picture windows and skylights, each room is filled with natural light. The main open-plan living space is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and plenty of chairs. The separate kitchen is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is located on the outskirts of Caslano a picturesque village in the south of Switzerland near the Italian border. Caslano sits on a small peninsula on the western shore of Lake Lugano and is known for its relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere that blends of Swiss precision with Italian flair.

The village\'s lakeside location makes it a great place for swimming, boating, paddleboarding and fishing. It is also home to the Golf Club Lugano (a 9-minute walk/2-minute drive), one of the oldest golf courses in Switzerland. The ferry terminal and is a 15-minute walk / 4-minute drive away and the closest beach - Lido di Caslano a 20-minute walk / 3-minute drive away.
