Thomas Pond is a beautiful lake. We enjoyed the waterfront, especially the new dock. It would add to the waterfront experience if they would re-surface the raft portion and the walkway leading on to the dock. The boards the ladder is anchored in is rotting, and I feared when I climbed out of the water it would rip loose.
The house was adequet but not very clean. You had to walk through this total wreck of a garage to get into the house. The light fixture by that door was siting on the bench as you came in. Also the bulbs were missing. I found some bulbs above the stove and replaced two of them and attached the light fixture.
Lots of spider webs on windows and dead bugs. Window sills dirty. Grimy finger prints on kitchen cabinents and other door handles. Dining room light fixture so thick with dust, I had to clean it and replace one of the light bulbs. Also had to call the property manager to replace bulbs in downstairs bathroom as only 2 of the 5 were working. That sink also drains VERY slowly.
There is no light by the washer and dryer so it is very difficult to see what you are doing. The pool room is dirty but also very hot. The radiator behind the door is on for some reason which heats up the room.
The upstairs bathroom water pressure was nill whern we tried to use it. Called the property manager who came and changed the filter which improved it. (Dave was very nice and responsive). Cleaned bulbs in that bathroom, fixed light fixture in bedroom. Could go on, no space
