At the entrance to the village, a 38 m² apartment in a building containing two other apartments (10091 and 10993). It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - Shower room/WC The property includes 3 other rentals (no overlooking). - Heated swimming pool shared with the other gîtes (10x5.5 m, depth 1.20 m to 1.80 m), open from April 17th to November 2nd (9 am to 8 pm), secured by a safety barrier. Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Shared enclosed grounds of 5,000 m² - 35 m² terrace, 15 m² of which is covered - Garden furniture - 2 sun loungers - Barbecue - Parking - Air conditioning in the living room - Washing machine - Freezer compartment - Mini-oven - Microwave - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Mobile vendors: grocer (once a week), dairy and greengrocer (once a week) - The €50 cleaning option is payable directly to the owner. - €50 cleaning deposit if the cleaning option is not selected. - Guided mountain and river walks with the owner are available every Thursday (free of charge). - Shared electric vehicle charging station (additional charge of €30 for a full charge). - If the entire stay is not available on this property, please contact us.
