"Very nice hotel & spacey rooms. Very friendly staff at the restaurant and delicious breakfast & dinner. House maids also did a good job. We got an apartment with mould not only on the frame of 1 window, but also on doors, other windows. The smell of mould was strong as we entered the appartment. As hotel on this level, one would expect an apartment at this state should not be given to a customer in the first place. We were, however, offered another apartment only 5 minutes after claiming....

"We have taken holidays in Carvoeiro every year for the past ten years and this villa was by far the best for location, facilities, comfortable beds and pillows, shutters for blackout and space. Gaby was an excellent villa manager and was on hand should we need anything. The cleaner came and she did such a brilliant job mid stay - again one of the best we have experienced. The location of the villa is about a 10 minute walk from restaurant hill in Carvoeiro, and Ubers are easy to call. We will...

"Spacious well equipped good location far enough away so you get some peace and quiet but close enough to walk to loads of great places. The gardens are lovely and give the feeling that you are more remote than you actually are! Thank you Alex, Claudio and Hilda for making this special holiday for us.
