"We spent 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The staff in general was very nice, although a few were trying to "keep up appearances" a little too much. If you came for breakfast within the last hour, the choices on the buffet were limited, and you could wait 10-15 minutes for a clean yoghurt plate and a glass of orange juice."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and very convenient for exploring the area. My family and I truly had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—they went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed throughout our stay. It really made a difference and made us feel welcome and cared for. I would highly recommend this place—100%! If I ever have the chance to return, I will absolutely choose this hotel...

"Liked? - everything. Hard to say enough good things about my stay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, excellent room, superb breakfast, great location. With only 7 rooms it felt more like a cozy home with super layout."

"Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family. "

"Location is central and enabled us to walk everywhere! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Im only not giving it 5 stars because even though the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they are very stuffy and humid. Honestly it smelled like mold. Our room had no windows so it was very dark even with all lights on. My daughters’ room had a balcony so it was well lit but despite that, it was still very stuffy. By the timeI Ieft I had a runny nose and was nonstop sneezing, and I have no doubt it...

"I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The level of service truly made me feel at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. "This is the second time we've stayed here and this is an improvement on last time. The room is quieter and a little more space. Last time the ac rattled away all night but this time it is much better. Great location in Cartagena "
