The master suite features a plush king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second room provides two comfortable single beds, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements based on your needs. With three full bathrooms in the property, there's no hassle when it comes to morning routines or freshening up after a day in the sun.
Everyone's needs have been thoughtfully catered to, from the high-speed Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections for the digitally inclined, to a dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected to the business world. The living area expands to a balcony that offers stunning views of the sparkling sea - an idyllic spot where you can relish morning coffee or a blissful sunset. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware, enabling those wishing to share home-cooked meals together. To cater for all your clothing needs, we offer a washer, dryer, clothing storage, iron, and hangers. In-house entertainment is covered with a TV at your disposal.
For those warm and restful days, the communal pool is perfect for a leisurely swim or sunbathing session. As your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, we offer enhanced security with a 24-hour on-site security team, and a smart lock for ease of check-in.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, including all listed amenities. The shared pool is available for your use. Entry to the property is via a smart lock - we will provide an access code prior to arrival. Regarding parking, there are paid off-site options available!

1. **No Parties Allowed:** We maintain a serene environment, and as such, parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.

2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. **Immediate Departure for Violations:** In the event of any policy violations, immediate departure will be enforced. Additionally, a $200 penalty will apply to cover associated costs.

4. **Towels for Personal Use Only:** Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal.

Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our guest portal. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and to provide both our guests and our properties with extra protection. This is particularly important because the property offers self check-in, which relies on prior guest verification for a smooth and secure arrival. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete this verification. Please complete this process prior to arriving at the property to ensure a quick and easy check-in.
