The Space:
You will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, in an apartment that provides you with everything you need for your stay: comfortable, quiet and impeccable. located a few minutes from the main attractions of the city; historic center, shopping centers, crafts and beach.
The building has a protocol that meets biosafety requirements.

Guest Access:
Registration services (bracelet) are included in the Airbnb payment. Second registrations are allowed until 10:00pm due to building policies and it is necessary to send names and photos of documents of the people who will enter the building in advance. These documents must be legal, a valid passport in the case of foreigners and a valid citizenship card. Children must be accompanied by their parents or permission.
Important note regarding visitor management: Building security and immigration regulations require that everyone staying be registered with valid identity documents (passport for foreigners and citizenship card for nationals). In that case you can register your visit as guests using the registrations allowed with your reservation (there are 4 registrations including it).

The Neighborhood:
Around the building there are shopping centers, restaurants, a craft center and a beach.

Other Things to Note:
The gym has an additional cost of $20,000 COP ($5USD Approximately) per hour. Payment is directly at the building reception
