"My mom and I decided to book a spur of the moment beach trip. We kept coming back to this house. It was a great stay, close to the beach, and the house was so clean. Highly suggest eating at Swell Bar and Grill while there which is only 3 minute drive - fresh seafood and friendly service. Kim and Jeanie, the hosts, were super communicative. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you for opening up your home! Truly a gem of a stay. "

"A nice place to stay with big rooms and lots of spaces within walking distance from the beach. I wish the checkin process was smoother but we have to contact the landlord in order for the accurate checkin procedure to be sent. This should have been sent to us at exactly 4pm which is the checkin time. Also the outside garbage bin should have been emptied before the next renters comes in. The garbage attacted flies which also came inside the house. We wish there was any instructions on how to...

"We had an amazing time at this property! Cliff is very responsive and a great host. The kids loved being able to “stay in the past” but have modern day amenities (I.e. A/C, and running water!). Staying here created an immersive experience added on when not in Colonial Williamsburg. We would definitely return. "

That would have been nice to know. But, it turned out fine.
