The Villa Perlaianca vacation villa stands in a large fenced property, equipped with an automatic gate and space for internal car parking, surrounded by the silver green of Puglia`s olive groves.
The villa has a large pool area where you can spend relaxing days, and a spacious veranda furnished for outdoor dining.
The interior of Villa Perlaianca is divided into two independent units.
The first unit opens with a very bright living room , furnished with a dining room and TV. From the living room there is access to both the well-equipped kitchen and the sleeping area. The sleeping area of the first unit consists of 2 double bedrooms one of which has an en suite bathroom and one with its own bathroom.
The second unit consists of 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each with independent access. There is also a relaxing living room with comfortable sofas and bookcase.

Villa Perlaianca is an exclusive villa to fully enjoy vacations in Puglia under the banner of well-being and freedom. The villa is located in Corte di Ferro, just 2 km from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea, in the territory of Carovigno.
Carovigno is a lovely town with beautiful medieval old town to discover, ancient traditions to know and a coastline renowned for the marine protected area of Torre Guaceto.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September. 
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 500, payable on-site. 
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
