This modernized oceanfront condo offers stylish comfort with high-end fixtures, shiplap detailing, leathered granite countertops, and premium furnishings throughout. The open-concept living area is bright and airy, featuring clean lines, warm natural textures, and minimalist décor that flows seamlessly onto a spacious 9x15 balcony through double-wide sliding glass doors. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktail here with a refreshing side view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sounds of the surf just beyond.
Whether you're planning a romantic honeymoon or a relaxing family getaway, this condo is designed with flexibility and comfort in mind. The custom-built bunk beds include blackout curtains, perfect for little ones or extra guests. The primary bedroom features a black walnut desk, ideal for remote work or getting ready for a night out.
Sea Colony is long known as one of the most economical and lush oceanfront communities in the area. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a beautiful oceanfront pool, private beach access via a boardwalk, a community gazebo, picnic tables, and grilling areas, all surrounded by expansive green lawns and well-maintained landscaping. A private ground-floor storage closet is available for beach gear, and there is ample lighted parking for two vehicles (passes must be displayed at all times; towing is enforced). Stroll to Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar or Granny's Country Kitchen just a stone's thorw from your door.
Located with convenient access to and from the island via Dow Road, you’ll avoid the peak season traffic while staying steps from the sand. Breathe in the salty air, relax in style, and let Tides & Time become your ultimate beachfront getaway.

Dedicated parking lot, stairwell to property level. Pool, Outdoor shower, boardwalk to beach, picnic grounds.
Property Level: we are a one story condo on the second level of the building.

Full Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single Vanity, toilet
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, stainless refrigerator-freezer, electric drop-in range, oversized stainless sink, commercial pull spray faucet, stainless dishwasher, bar counter seats 4
Dining Room: Dining Table with seating for 4
Living Room: wall mounted smart TV, leather sofa, leather side chairs, occasional tables, balcony access
Ocean View Balcony: access from the living room, teak outdoor dining table and 4 chairs

Parking: 2 parking spots, passes required.
Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools is planned to be open April through October per the HOA; however, pool closures may be dictated by the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, enjoying the ocean views, or enjoying a cocktail by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of restaurants, an arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series.
