Fuldt ombygget Condo med havudsigt !!

COMPLETELY REMODELED (2018) 2-værelses 2-værelses lejlighed på anden sal i Sand Pebbles med havudsigt og gratis trådløs internetadgang. Dronning seng i soveværelse, to enkeltsenge i andet soveværelse og sovesofa i stuen. Fuldt udstyret køkken og vaskerum. Fladskærms-tv i stue og soveværelse. Enheden har også adgang til to i jorden bassiner og to private strand adgang. Dette Condo byder på komfortable kystmøbler og et familievenligt layout. Pleasure Island byder på mange attraktioner både naturlige og kommercielle. En række restauranter (nogle få inden for blot et par blokke fra Sand Pebbles) har afslappet til mere fornemme menuer med daglige friske fisk og skaldyr specials. På Carolina Beach Marina er der charterbåde, der tilbyder charterfiskeri (både i land og dybhav). North Carolina Aquarium og Fort Fisher History Museum er lige nede ad vejen i den sydlige ende af øen. Fra akvariet kan du få adgang til tidevandskampe og nyde det naturlige dyreliv og flora. I samme område finder du Fort Fisher til Southport færgen. Tag en dagstur til historiske Southport til antikviteter og frokost på floden. Hvis du nyder surf fiskeri, kan du få adgang til den sydlige ende af Fort Fisher fra Fort Fisher State Recreation Area ved fire-hjulet eller til fods. Der er også firehjulstrækninger i nordenden af Carolina Beach på Freeman Park. Carolina Beach State Park, der ligger på den vestlige side af øen, byder på miles af smukke naturlige vandrestier, kajak og fiskeri. Du kan leje en pontonbåd og tilbringe en dag på vandet, der besøger øer og myrer. I sommersæsonen er der rides på Carolina Beach Boardwalk for børnene samt fyrværkeri og levende underholdning på torsdag aftener. Family Night er tirsdag med speciel underholdning for børnene. Great vacation

I wanted a place on the beach and even though this wasn’t as beachfront as I wanted, it still gave me an ocean view and was a great place to stay. Walking distance to the board walk was a plus for us.

Spring break

The condo was immaculate! It was just my nine year old and me. Very cozy. Comfortable sectional couch and well stocked kitchen! We loved everything about the condo and definitely want the same one when we come back for next year’s spring break.

Great views of the ocean, beautiful inside (just like the pictures online) and parking spaces that you can get in and out of (you don't have to call the guest behind you to move their car!). It's close enough to the boardwalk but you don't have all the congestion of being right beside it. Loved everything about this place.

We also had an issue with some palmetto (3) bugs over the time of our stay. Otherwise, a great stay.

The property was very clean and well appointed. We had one problem with the handle on one of the toilets not working but the maintenance man got there within a day and got it fixed. The only issue I have is that to use the beach you must use a locked gate and there is only one key fob available to open it. There need to be too as it is very inconvenient if you have people coming and going to the beach.

Service just doesn’t get any better than that! The condo was walking distance to a few restaurants and ice cream. We will definitely be back!

Great Location with Easy Access to Beach and Restaurants

Reviewer Comments: I was here to reunite with my daughter and son-in-law, who I hadn’t seen in 2 1/2 years because of living overseas in the military and Covid restrictions. We found the condo to be very comfortable and loved the easy access to the beach and area restaurants. The kitchen table was enjoyed one rainy night as we played board games I brought. We only cooked one breakfast and one dinner in, but the kitchen had all the dishes we needed (we did need to buy salt and pepper, but left them behind for the next people). My two boys joined us on separate nights, so luckily both had friends in Wilmington where we could leave their cars because of limited parking. That was a bit of a time waster, but not a deal breaker. They also said the pullout sofa could use a new mattress because the springs were digging in their backs. We also had a few Palmetto bugs, but it’s NC at the beach life! Bryant Realty was great to work with and everyone was super pleasant. I’d use them again!!

The maintenance guy was pretty quick to get there. He cleaned everything up & put up a shower rod & curtain. I felt we should have been reimbursed for expenses endured for medical supplies. My husband had several cuts & a couple of pretty bad gashes on his finger. No one offered to do that which I was disappointed in. They were apologetic & asked if my husband was ok.

Fun get away

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a great location with easy access to the beach. The porch has a view of the beach so it's a great spot for morning coffee .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was decent but felt like a bad hotel. 2 rolls of toilet paper was all that was left for guests. Inexplicably cheap! No paper towels, napkins or plastic cups for bathrooms. The charge for linen and towels was over the was all the administrative fees. You advertise the unit for X dollars per night and it actually is nowhere near that price. Never stay with you again.
