"We had a great stay at the Balsam Inn! Everyone put their hearts into giving folks a great experience. My husband says the dinner was the finest he ever had, and I appreciated all the little things that made our travel easier (ice for coolers, a shared frig, absolutely lovely and plentiful bedding). We would definitely stay there again!"

Morgenmad var incl. i pris. Men det var lidt forvirrende at man så alligevel kun måtte spise for 20 $, når vi nu var 3 personer. Og at maden skulle bestilles som en restaurant, uden at man kan se hvad man bestiller. Godt vi selv havde noget juice og brød i køleskabet.
Ellers godt hotel, venlig betjening.

"Ikke et gammelt slot men en ombygget gammel amunitionsgarage, Ikke muligt med aftensmad efter kl 19 (kokken gået hjem). Morgenmad totalt uorganiseret - man skulle selv hente sin ,morgenmad ude i køkkenet !! "

"The place was clean, close to things, lots of parking, friendly staff. The shower was excellent, very good water pressure and nice even flow. The key card works every time, some hotels or motels I’ve stayed at, it’s hit or miss whether it works or not. I would stay here again although the price was on the high side. Breakfast was included although it was all carbs on the offering, no bacon and eggs. I opted out and went looking for a Denny’s, found one in Schenectady."
