Walk to the beach and town from this 1,693 sf, 3 bedroom, 2 bath single-level Carmel-by-the-Sea home! Located an easy two-block stroll to the beach. Slip on your walking shoes and stroll up and down Ocean Avenue to check out all of the boutique shops, galleries and eateries in downtown Carmel, or hope in the car to explore the central Coast from Big Sur to the south, up to Monterey, Santa Cruz or even San Francisco to the north.

Living Space
Hardwood floors with area rugs throughout. Large living room with two couches, wood burning fireplace, TV, and stereo with a CD changer.
Separate den with saltillo tile floor, love seat, and bistro table & chairs.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is equipped with tile countertops, a gas range and a cute breakfast bar with stools.
The dining area has glass table with seating for 6 and a sliding door that goes outside.

Outside
Front brick patio with table & chairs. A brick garden path, hedges and mature landscaping wrap around the house.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a TV. This is a cheerful, good-sized bedroom with floral wallpaper, an armchair and a desk with a chair.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Another good-sized bedroom with an armchair and plenty of closet space.
The shared hall bathroom nearest those two bedrooms has a bath tub, a separate standing shower and vintage tiles.
Bedroom #3 has two twin day beds.
Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.

Washer and dryer are located outside in a cabinet outside of the kitchen door.

Carport space for one vehicle and parking in the driveway for 1-2 more vehicles.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Please note that the yard is not fully fenced.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
