A true waterfront escape designed by One Four Two Collective, where every detail has been thoughtfully brought to life with care and intention. Recently reimagined from top to bottom, this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2,100 square foot retreat is filled with natural light, coastal charm, and elevated comfort throughout.



Originally built as two separate townhomes, this unique property has been thoughtfully combined into one spacious home. Bedrooms 1, 4, and 5 are located on the left side of the house, while a hidden bookshelf doorway leads to bedrooms 2 and 3 on the right side, creating a fun and distinctive layout with added privacy—ideal for families or groups traveling together.



The home spans three stories, with all bedrooms located on the second and third floors. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 4 are situated on the second floor, while bedrooms 3 and 5 are located on the third floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner Viking gas stovetop, Viking professional grade dishwasher, premium stainless steel appliances, a Subzero refrigerator, and a temperature controlled wine refrigerator for the perfect pour every time.



A whole home water filtration system adds extra comfort and peace of mind, allowing guests to safely drink straight from the tap. Fully stocked with cookware, tools, and every essential needed, the kitchen is ideal for everything from casual breakfasts to cozy family dinners, with a spacious 8-person dining table that makes gathering effortless.



The outdoor space is designed for true coastal living, featuring beautifully landscaped grounds with ambient lighting, low maintenance artificial turf, and Spanish tile throughout the backyard. An incredible collection of amenities makes it easy to relax, play, and enjoy the water, including a custom built treehouse, grill, outdoor kitchen with sink, fire pits for s’mores, basketball hoop, and private dock access.



Guests also have access to 3 paddle boards, 3 kayaks, water and beach toys, adult life jackets, children’s life jackets, 2 fishing poles, and 2 sets of adult snorkel gear, creating endless ways to enjoy the water from sunrise to sunset.



Inside, warm engineered hardwood floors and a handcrafted iron banister add timeless character throughout the home. High-speed internet and private workspaces make it easy to stay connected or work remotely when needed. Comfort is thoughtfully prioritized with hotel style linens and brand new mattresses in every bedroom, along with new Samsung top load washer and dryer units located in the garage for added convenience.



For entertainment, the home is fully equipped with premium smart TVs and sound systems throughout. The living room features a Samsung 75’’ TV with a Sonos Arc and subwoofer, along with a Sonos Beam for music and whole home audio. Bedroom one features an LG 65’’ smart TV, while bedrooms two and three each include Samsung 65’’ smart TVs for an elevated viewing experience.



Dock and water access guidelines: The property offers beautiful waterfront access with a private dock area perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and taking in the views. For safety, a locking gate helps prevent unsupervised access to the water, which is especially helpful for families with children. Guests are welcome to enjoy the dock for lounging, sunbathing, and swimming directly from the property, and an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after being in the water.



For safety and liability reasons, the boat and jet skis are not available for guest use. We just ask that guests enjoy the dock and water responsibly and supervise children closely at all times.

Other things to note

Pet Policy:

- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.

- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.

- Fee: $150; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.

- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.

- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

Please carefully review the air-conditioning setup below before booking. This home does not have central air conditioning throughout the entire property. We want to be completely transparent about the cooling options available so guests can determine whether the home will be comfortable for their group before making a reservation.



The home is equipped with central heating but does not have central air conditioning. A/C is available in select areas of the home, as outlined below:

* Bedroom 2: Ductless mini-split A/C unit

* Bedroom 3: Ductless mini-split A/C unit

* Living room: Portable A/C unit

* Bedrooms 1, 4, and 5: No A/C



The home also has additional cooling options, including ceiling fans and portable fans.



Please take the time to review this information carefully before booking. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept the home's A/C configuration and understand that A/C is not available in every bedroom or throughout the entire home.



San Diego weather can vary, and during warmer months some areas of the home may feel warmer than others. While we provide the cooling options listed above, we cannot guarantee that every room will maintain the same temperature as an air-conditioned room.



Because the A/C configuration is clearly disclosed prior to booking, we will not honor refund requests based on dissatisfaction with the home's A/C setup or the temperature of rooms that do not have A/C. If having A/C in every bedroom or central A/C throughout the home is important to your stay, please consider this carefully before booking.



The living room sofa features a queen pull out mattress. Simply pull it out to create a cozy bed for an 11th or 12th guest!



Please note that the fireplace in bedroom 2 is not functional.



Parking details: The home offers space for 2 cars in the driveway and one car in the garage along with ample free street parking directly in front of the home on Park Drive, Please note street parking is not available on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 8 AM to 12 PM due to street sweeping. Please keep an eye out for street sweeping signs!



We’re happy to provide champagne, wine, and/or chocolates upon request for an additional fee. Please feel free to inquire if you’d like to add any of these to your stay. 🍾
