We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930.
Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night.
Small nice kitchen with convenience store across the street that had basic groceries for all meals. "

Drawbacks: 3 flights up for some rooms if you’re in need of accessibility, and the bar didn’t have a corkscrew for a wine bottle we wanted to enjoy before dinner. The pub in the hotel was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The biscuits, face cloths and fan in the room were appreciated, first hotel to have these small but nice additions (after staying in seven previously). The hotel is modest, clean, with kind staff, and had all we needed. "
