"Beautiful place on the south side of the bridge in a very pretty old part of the city. Traditional style low level buildings with tiled roofs spill down a hillside from the main road. Lots of steep stone steps but a welcome escape from downtown Chongqing. Our room had a huge comfortable bed, good pillows, great linens. "The property is located within a wholesale (clothing, shoes,curtains etc) therefore, expecting more traffics around the hotel but you can buy any products at WHOLESALE prices without haggling with the stores. And the local subway is just one block away to get around town with transfer within the subway. The hotel does Not have a proper entrance because it is located in an old building used to be a wholesale facility and it has converted into a hotel and it is located near a lot of MUST visits...

The views over the river are unparelled, if you have a view facing up river towards Hongya Cave then I genuinely believe you cannot get a better view in the whole city.
