Mount Gernos is a welcoming and lovingly renovated cottage in the riverside village of St Dogmaels, on the northern edge of Pembrokeshire near Cardigan. The cottage offers a peaceful base perfectly positioned for both coastline and countryside, with the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, beautiful beaches, and scenic walks right on your doorstep.

The village is known for its friendly atmosphere, historic St Dogmaels Abbey, weekly local market, and riverside setting. Restaurants, cafés, pubs, and an organic veg shop are all within a short walk. Poppit Sands, a wide dog-friendly beach perfect for families and couples, is just a 7-minute drive.

This is an excellent spot for exploring West Wales, enjoying coastal hikes, relaxing on the beach, and discovering Cardigan’s shops, arts scene, and fantastic local food.

OUTSIDE
The rear lawned garden is situated behind the property (up the steps). Spectacular views from the garden. There is parking for one car on the driveway ( need to reverse out of the space), but there is no front garden.
