  • Med næsten 4000 kvadratmeter boligareal har dette netop afsluttede luksushus masser af 'Island Living' plads til alle.

    Den store indhylling omkring dæk og det fjerde niveau 'Crows Nest', med en 360 * udsigt over øen, er bare nogle af bonuserne til dette fabelagtige hjem. Udsigten mod bugten af den indre kystnære vandvej er uendelig! Stig tidligt op for betagende solopgange eller slap af og se bådene sejle forbi!

    De 4+ soveværelser er rummelige, komfortable og alle har tilpassede himmelske senge. Alle værelser har LCD-tv med kabel, private badeværelser og adgang til de udvendige dæk med en fantastisk udsigt.

    En smuk åben grundplan giver en stor plads til stuen med en pejs, spiseplads og et stort smukt moderne køkken med en indpakning omkring morgenbaren til underholdning.

    Åbn dørene til Lanai og spis eller slap af med udsigt over det store gårdhavsområde med en opvarmet pool og spa. Hele skærmen er lukket for smuk året rundt nydelse. Sol, svøm, spis eller slap af i dette store rum.

    Det store fritidsrum ud for poolområdet har et LCD-tv med kabel, et 12 fods shuffleboard-bord, et fodboldbord, et barområde med siddepladser, en dronning sovesofa og et stort fuldt bad. En elevator servicerer alle etager for din bekvemmelighed.

    Lazy Palm er smukt anlagt og dekoreret med en masse kærlighed og er perfekt beliggende i 'Village Area'. Du er virkelig en blok fra alt. Stranden, shopping, spisning, vandhavne, et motionscenter og meget mere, men på en stille lille gade med udsigt over bugten og kun en 5-6 minutters gang til stranden!

Perfect beach stay for our large family! Gorgeous bedrooms, balconies, and common areas- very user friendly kitchen and awesome pool area. We used the golf cart to deliver the umbrella and chairs to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool before and after dinner. Gorgeous views from the various balconies and plenty of room to spread out. Magical week.

Lovely stay!

We had a great time at Lazy Palm. The house is in a great location; close to the beach and a few restaurants. The house was everything we were hoping for and then some!

Excellent home close to everything

Beautifully situated close to everything this is a very comfortable home. The pool area was easily spacious enough for our group of 7 and the house itself was in excellent shape (no mean feat considering the recent storms). The property owner was helpful and very responsive to all our questions.

Perfect for family and friends

This house was perfect for our two families of 4. The location was great and on a quiet street with easy access to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Upon arrival the house was very clean and inviting and has all the amenities we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

The owner was delightful! She answered all questions and was a marvelous host. The home was beautiful. Golf cart certainly was a plus. Captiva is rebuilding nicely.

Excellent home and location on Captiva

We absolutely loved this home and location for our family vacation. The inside and outside of the home were exactly as pictured (if not better), very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Loved having the golf cart, beach chairs and other equipment to enjoy our fays at the beach! Great location, can walk to everything in town. Kathy was extremely responsive when we had questions. We would definitely return!

Beautiful home, great location!

We've stayed at the Lazy Palm many times, and we're looking forward to our next visit. We've seen other homes in the area, and the LP is our favorite. The natural light, the pool/lanai, the elevator, the golf cart and such a great location in the village. LP is a great place to relax with family and friends!

We stayed at this beautiful Captiva home for Thanksgiving week 2025. We had a party of 7 and there was ample room for everyone to enjoy. The pool/spa was great. The golf cart was fun to explore the village and to drop off grandma to the beach to watch beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed hunting for seashell treasures and fishing from the beach was productive. We had a blast cooking Thanksgiving dinner for our family and 2 additional guests as the kitchen was great and very open to get everyone involved as well as watch football and work on the Captiva puzzle which we were determined to finish. There was great deck space to play our nightly games and the rooftop deck was amazing for morning coffee watching the sunrise. Overall, this was a great home for us. Extra bonus was closeness to get orange crunch cake at Bubbleroom only 1 min walk! Cant wait to return!

Family vaca

We all enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Palm. The house was perfect for us. We loved the cute golf cart tribute to your parents! The basketball goal was a big hit with everyone, especially our 8 year old grandson. We were so happy to be back to our favorite vacation spot. Thank you for making our stay the best!

Fantastic Week at Lazy Palm

We had a wonderful vacation at Lazy Palm for our spring break. The house was perfect and fit our two families of 5. We enjoyed the easy walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. We also loved the pool, ping pong and access to the golf cart. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the grill. Kathy was so attentive to any needs that arose and was a responsive host. We hope to come back to Captiva and the Lazy Palm!

Lazy Palm

Lazy Palm is a beautiful house in a great location. Everything was a short walk away; beach, restaurants, stores. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom, which was a plus. The living area is open and a great gathering spot. Kathy is a very responsive host.

Captivacay

We really enjoyed our week. The golf cart was awesome. We did have a problem with the A/C upstairs but the rental company sent someone out late at night and he fixed it right away. The pool and hot tub were great and also having the elevator was a wonderful help a well. Great location to everything.

Another Great Stay

Another wonderful experience at the Lazy Palm, our 2nd stay! The property is well kept, clean and full of amenities. Particularly like the outdoor dining and pool for the kids. The owner is a pleasure to work with, accessible and very responsive. Minor issue that we had was addressed immediately. Look forward to returning again!!!

Terrific Captiva home

Our family has stayed at Captiva several times so very familiar with properties and homes nearby. This property and location are terrific! The home is exactly as shown on the VRBO site. It is perfect for families. It was spotless when we arrived. The owner Kathy is just great-easily reached and immediately responsive to questions or concerns. The management company Royal Shell is also very helpful. The use of the golf cart is a real bonus- fun and helpful to get around. We hope you enjoy this beautiful home as much as we did with our family.

Fantastic Getaway!

Lazy Palm was perfect for our visit. Beautiful and roomy and seemed very new. Having a golf cart and bicycles included and waiting for us was so convenient. The location is perfect. The private pool was relaxing, and the view of the bay from the upper decks was beautiful. The Host was very responsive and answered our questions promptly and with care. Highly recommend this roomy, beautifully decorated and well-maintained, clean house for a wonderful time on Captiva.

Perfect paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lazy Palm. We were a little worried about the island since the hurricane, but the house was absolutely beautiful! Everything seems brand new and clean. The furniture and beds are very comfy. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing in the evening The golf cart and bicycles were our favorite part. We were able to explore the island like locals! The island seems to be coming alive again! We had a wonderful time and will be recommending Lazy Palm to all our family and friends.

Perfect spring break!

We rented the house for a spring break adventure with another family. The house is beautiful and the location is perfection. We loved the screened in pool and the open floor plan. The host could not have been any more friendly and accommodating. We contacted the rental company for help with a couple of things, and they were so courteous and responsive. The golf cart was so fun and such a great bonus. We love Captiva and will be back!!

A Fabulous 50th Anniversary

My two children and their families joined us at Lazy Palms to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house is simply lovely...decorated beautifully and designed so that each family had their own space and yet we were all together. The kitchen, living and dining rooms lend themselves to everyone hanging out, playing games, doing puzzles, playing Ocean Bingo, preparing meals and eating all together. The pool and hot tub are great and we enjoyed watching sunrise and moonrise on the roof-top deck. The beach was a short walk and the golf cart helped us get all of our stuff there easily. The beach was beautiful...great shells and perfect waves for all to enjoy. The shops and ice cream are a short walk as well. The location, the home itself and the beach made for a fabulous 50th anniversary celebration.

Family trip for New Year’s

Our family stayed a week to bring in the new year together. The house was great- easily accommodating our group of 7 adults. We walked to dinner every night that we ate out- and walked to the grocery (which was surprisingly well stocked- even had a liquor store) for our nights in. We walked and/or biked to the beach as well. Everything was super convenient! We especially loved visiting the Darling Wildlife National Refuge. Great area with something for everyone- shelling, bike paths galore, birding, boating, jet skis, etc. Well stocked house with bikes, golf cart, towels, cooking necessities, etc. Perfect spot to welcome the new year!

Family Spring Break on Captiva Island

We had an awesome vacation with our family. Lazy Palms was the perfect place to stay. Its location is a on quiet street with close proximity to the Beach and Island General Store, and Betty Bops ice cream, coffee & sandwich shop. We enjoyed the crow nest which we sat and had coffee every morning to watch the sunrise.The house provided lots of space for the nine of us. We appreciated the elevator as one family member uses a wheel chair. It gave her access to all levels in the house. What can we say about the pool, it was awesome, swimming morning, afternoon and night time. Access to the golf cart was the cherry on top shuttling everyone to beach to watch the sunset each night. Can't wait to go back!

My family has been staying on Captiva Island for over 10 years, and Lazy Palm is simply the best. Huge cozy bedrooms with a private bathroom in each, a beautiful elevator, a pool & hot tub from heaven, and the house is fully stocked with everything you'll need. Kathy, the host, is very accessible and made sure to go above and beyond for everything. The location is quiet and super close to everything, and the 6 seater golf cart was awesome to have. For anyone coming with small kids, the house includes a high chair and 2 gates! My family made the best memories at Lazy Palm & we will be re-booking soon! :)

Lazy Palm is Paradise!!

This beautiful home is located on Captiva Island just a brief walk to beachside, bayside along with shops and restaurants. This 4 bedroom, 6 bath home has all the bells and whistles. Recently updated exterior & interior is luxurious yet very homey. The elevator takes you to each of the 3 floors, two patios overlook the beautiful pool & spa and up top a crows nest allows you to see spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The first floor has a living room with sleeper sofa, bar, large screen TV & a foosball table just steps away from the pool. It’s easy to get around the island with either the 6 seat golf cart or the many bikes. Don’t miss out on this lovely home away from home. I can’t wait til my next vacation at the Lazy Palm!!
