"Purtroppo sono arrivato molto tardi e perciò non posso dare un giudizio appieno della struttura, ma comunque si presenta ottima e ben curata dell'esterno. Gli interni sono molto belli e ben finiti come le camere. non avendo una reception sempre aperta hanno un ottimo servizio di codici che ti permettono di poter accedere alla struttura e alla camera in maniera autonoma e facilmente. "Pros: De ligging. Bar om de hoek. Koffieshop en supermarkt op honderd meter. De veerboten vanuit Sulzano varen naar alle plaatsen aan het meer en stipt op tijd. de aanlegsteiger is om de hoek. Cons: De doorgaande weg loopt langs het huis en geeft wat lawaai. Maar als je dit op de koop toe neemt, geen probleem. De gastheer Daniel is top. Alle raad en daad, niets teveel gevraagd. Met zijn boot een toer op het meer gemaakt. "Service van de zaak" volgens Daniel."

"Marina is an impeccable host; very responsive and provided excellent customer service. She helped us navigate parking our vehicle and obtaining the ZTL and provided local area guidance. The location of her place is fantastic; we walked everywhere we wanted to go. There was some road noise but a white noise machine at night did the trick for this light sleeper. Bergamo is beautiful and we had a wonderful visit there!"

"Skønt sted og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage - dejligt med parkeringskælder og med en sporvogn direkte til byen er logistikken virkelig nem. Dog bør der laves daglig rengøring af terrasserne da de bliver meget beskidte grundet arbejdet på det nye stoppested til sporvognen"

"We had an overall pleasant stay at this unique and historic hotel. The property is spacious and full of character, with beautiful historic wings and courtyards that create a special atmosphere and reflect the building’s heritage. The rooms are somewhat dark and traditionally furnished, which probably suits the style and history of the hotel well. However, they may feel a little dated for guests looking for a more contemporary experience. The bathrooms are also showing their age and would benefit from some renovation, along with higher-quality toiletries such as more premium soap and shampoo. One of the hotel's strengths is the excellent parking facilities within the courtyard. Secure and convenient parking is a real advantage when visiting a larger Italian city and made our stay much easier. During our visit, temperatures exceeded 30°C. In such hot weather, we certainly missed having access to a swimming pool. That said, pools are not always easy to find in larger Italian city hotels. Fortunately, the air conditioning in the room worked very efficiently and helped maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. Our main disappointment was a power outage caused by a thunderstorm. The electricity in our room was out for more than an hour, and it took quite a long time before the issue was resolved. As a result, we spent a considerable amount of time waiting in the reception area after midnight and unfortunately lost a couple of hours of sleep before power was restored."
