B&B VILLA COSTANZA - B&B COSTANZA ROOM 4

The B&B Camere di Costanza is located in Lacona, in a sunny and quiet position from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view over two gulfs. The central location on the island is strategic for moving in all directions and allows you to reach some of the most interesting towns on Elba in about twenty minutes, such as Marina di Campo, Capoliveri and Portoferraio and their beaches.
The villa that houses the bed and breakfast was completely renovated in 2022, it is one of the oldest farmhouses in Lacona and is surrounded by a large and well-kept olive grove.
In a common area on the ground floor, guests have at their disposal a coffee pod machine, an herbal tea pot and a small refrigerator always stocked with fresh water placed in a common area overlooking the veranda. Here guests will find table, chairs and some deck chairs to enjoy the relaxation and quiet of the countryside with their gaze lost in the wonderful sea view.

Bedroom 4 is a large triple room with a double bed and a single bed located on the first floor of the villa, accessible both from the living area and from the outside of the building via an external master staircase. The room is equipped with air conditioning and 43 ”TV and has a large private bathroom with shower. The modern and neutral tones of the room make it the ideal setting for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach or excursions to discover the island
