Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights, changeover day flexible.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50.
Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 25 kWh per day (exceeding consumption must be paid on site at €0.50 per kWh), midweek change of bed linens and bath towels, weekly change of pool towels, cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours) every other day, welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
Tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 10 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
Pets not allowed.

The swimming pool is open from 01 March to 30 November (depuration salt).
Hot-tub (Heated to 35°C, included in the price up to the limit of 25 kWh).
