The Reach is a single-level 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom coastal home that sleeps up to 10 and accommodates up to 8 adults. Whether you are bringing the whole family or escaping with friends, there is genuine space to spread out, unwind and make the most of everything Phillip Island has to offer.

Just a short walk to Cleeland Bight beach, The Colonnades and the local Wooli Tavern. Your ultimate Phillip Island getaway awaits.

The space
Escape to The Reach, a bright, modern coastal retreat in the heart of Cape Woolamai.

The Reach works beautifully for both families and adult groups. For families, three separate living zones mean the kids have their own world while the adults actually get to relax. For groups of up to 8 adults, the home offers a king primary bedroom with private ensuite, two queen bedrooms and a king sofa bed in the rumpus room (please enquire for availability), giving every couple their own comfortable space. The deep soaking bathtub, generous alfresco entertaining area and fully enclosed backyard make it an ideal base for a long weekend with family and friends.

Primary Living Area
The heart of the home is a sun-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen space where everyone naturally gathers. Sink into the large sofa for a movie night on the 75" Smart TV, or pull out a chair at the 8-seat dining table for a long lunch that spills onto the alfresco.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is genuinely equipped for groups who love to cook:

* Large stone island bench with bar seating for casual meals
* InAlto induction cooktop and stainless steel oven
* Fisher and Paykel French door fridge
* Haier Dishwasher for the quick clean up
* Nespresso machine with pods and tea provided
* Fully stocked with cookware, knives, wine glasses and everything a proper cook needs
* Walk-in pantry stocked with olive oil, salt, pepper, spices and cooking essentials
* Fresh rosemary, mint and thyme growing just outside, help yourself!

Living Zones and Work Spaces
This home is a true haven for families. While adults relax in the primary living area, kids can enjoy their own adventure in the separate rumpus room. The rumpus room has a deep green sofa, foam armchairs sized just for them, a Smart TV, checkerboard rug, books, board games and toys. For adult groups, the rumpus room converts to a private king sleeping space, making 8-adult stays genuinely comfortable.

The sunroom pulls double duty as a quiet workspace and coastal reading retreat. A desk setup with high-speed Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected, a reading chair and floor lamp for those who do not, and enough character (surfboard included) to make you forget you are working.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

* Primary Bedroom (King): A calm retreat with reverse cycle air conditioning, walk-in robe and private ensuite
* Bedroom 2 (Queen): Bright and restful with a cane accented bedside table and warm bedside lamp
* Bedroom 3 (Queen): A peaceful room with a spacious walk-in robe. The travel cot lives here for families, tucked away and ready for your littlest guest
* Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room): Two sets of bunks sleeping four, perfect for kids or overflow sleeping for groups
* Rumpus Room (King Sofa Bed): Converts to a private king sleeping space for adult groups. *** Sofa bed availability is strictly conditional on linen preparation. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers and contemporary floating vanities. The main bathroom also has a deep soaking bathtub. Ideal for families after a day at the beach, and equally perfect for a long soak with a glass of wine after a day exploring the island.

Outdoor Living
Slide open the glass doors and the indoor and outdoor spaces become one. The covered alfresco area features a Weber BBQ, ceiling fan and a timber outdoor dining setting, comfortable in any season.
Beyond it, a large fully enclosed grassy backyard gives kids room to run and adult groups room to breathe.

Year-Round Comfort
Reverse cycle split systems in the main living area and primary bedroom handle the full range of Phillip Island's seasons. Secondary bedrooms have ceiling fans for warmer months and portable heaters available for the cooler ones.

When to Visit
Phillip Island is worth visiting year-round but each season offers something different. Summer brings warm weather, busy beaches and the full penguin parade experience. Autumn is quieter with beautiful golden light. Winter is wild and peaceful with whale migrations and the coastline at Woolamai is spectacular in a swell. Spring sees the island come alive with wildflowers and birdlife. Whatever brings you, The Reach is ready.

Guest access
Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire home for the duration of their stay, including all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen and pantry, all living areas, the sunroom and the fully enclosed backyard.

Self Check-In: Flexible arrival via a secure key lockbox. Your unique access code will be sent prior to arrival.

Parking: The driveway comfortably accommodates up to four vehicles.

EV Charging: A complimentary Level 2 EV charger is available on the side of the home, a genuine rarity on Phillip Island.

Please note: The garage and linen closet are reserved for owner and cleaner use and are not accessible to guests.

For Your Convenience
The kitchen pantry is stocked with Nespresso pods, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper and a selection of spices. Fresh herbs are growing in the garden, help yourself. Bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The laundry has a washer, dryer and complimentary laundry soap. Stream your favourite music on the Echo Pop smart speaker in the main living area.

Travelling with Children
We love hosting families. The following are provided at no extra charge:

* A Travel cot located in Bedroom 3's walk-in robe. Self-assembly, pack down and BYO linen required
* Highchair with harness and tray
* Booster seats
* Children's dinnerware, books, toys and board games
* Kids' rumpus room with dedicated Smart TV and foam furniture sized for little ones

Pets are welcome at The Reach
We're happy to welcome well behaved pets for an additional fee. Dedicated towels are provided in the laundry cabinet for drying paws (and the odd damp dog) after a walk, along with a lint roller for shedding.

Guests must bring their own bedding, bowls, waste bags and toys to keep your pet comfortable during the stay. The pet fee covers additional laundering, cleaning and deodorising between stays so that every guest, furry or otherwise, enjoys the property at its best.

Sustainability and Modern Amenities
We believe in responsible, modern hosting. The Reach runs on solar hot water and offers a complimentary Level 2 EV charger, one of very few on the island.

Your Safety
The home has a mains-wired central smoke alarm system and a first aid kit in the pantry. An external security camera faces the driveway and a Ring doorbell is at the front entrance, both for guest and property security.

Our Community
The Reach is a peaceful retreat for families and considerate groups. Out of respect for our quiet residential neighbourhood we have a strict no-party and no-events policy. This includes Schoolies celebrations and large noisy gatherings. Guest numbers must not exceed the booking as per Bass Coast Shire legislation. Bookings found in breach will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund and removal from the property.
