a couple looking for a romantic getaway.

Upon entering The Terraces 220, guests are immediately greeted with a
modern yet homey kitchen. Fitted with sleek cabinetry and a stylish
tile backsplash, this kitchen is fully equipped with everything
necessary for a comfortable self-catering stay. Additional amenities
such as a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and washer are also
included for added convenience. A spacious island counter with
comfortable barstool seating creates the perfect spot to enjoy a
relaxing cup of coffee before starting the day. Just past the kitchen,
guests will find an intimate dining area that can seat up to four
people.

The lounge area features a plush sofa, two comfortable living room
chairs, a stylish glass coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen
television. The comfy furnishings make it ideal for relaxing and
unwinding after an exciting day full of exploring. Internet access is
available throughout the whole apartment. A large sliding glass door
seamlessly connects the lounge area with a spacious patio while
allowing the room to be flooded with natural light. The patio is
furnished with outdoor seating, enabling guests to enjoy the beautiful
views of Century City’s lush scenery.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, making it
perfect for a family or a group of friends. The main bedroom features a
queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a large wardrobe that provides
ample storage space, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower,
toilet, and washbasin. Additionally, this bedroom has its own private
balcony. The second bedroom contains two single beds, a shared bedside
table, and a wardrobe, making it perfect for children. The second,
shared bathroom has a bath, toilet, and a washbasin. Fresh towels and
linen will be provided for your stay.

During their stay, guests are sure to appreciate additional amenities
and features such as a communal outdoor swimming pool and braai
facilities, as well as 24-hour security and secure parking. The
Terraces 220 offers convenient access to a variety of shopping centres,
attractions, and activities, such as Canal Walk, Intaka Island, and
Sunset Beach, to name but a few. This accommodation provides everything
necessary for a memorable stay.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 3 Socrates Way, Century City.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
