Greatest stay in Franschhoek ever!! Amazing location in mainstreet, which made us able to walk safely everywhere!! Also staff, room, HussarGrill and facilities were splendid!! The best part was reception and poolside service :-) Very good value for money and much better service than other Marriott hotels we have experienced in South Africa.

Fantastisk hotel i super hyggelig by
Super hotel, stort lyst og rent værelse, venligt personale, god restaurant. Beliggenhed midt i byen, med gå afstand til restauranter mv, samt nogle Wine yards med smagninger. Og gå afstand til bus og sporvogn, hvis man besøge flere vin smagninger. Kan varmt anbefales😃.

Ok til prisen
Ok hotel. Rent, pænt - men mange af værelserne er mørke grundet meget lidt lysindfald (vi havde 3 dobbeltværelser mod gaden) Og værelserne er små, og ikke nogen mindeværdig udsigt! Der var kun køleskab på 2 af værelserne. God service fra receptionen! Virkelig god morgenbuffet.. Alt i alt en OK oplevelse, men ikke en oplevelse i sig selv at bo på dette hotel.

Excellent hotel!
The hotel was fantastic, really clean and well maintained with nice large rooms and bathrooms. All of the staff were amazing from reception to breakfast and bar teams. The location is fab - short walk to wine tram and all the restaurants in town.

Fabulous one night stay
Bright, airy and beautifully decorated this hotel was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom with a nice big shower and bath. There was a lovely pool to dip into surrounded by loungers. The service from security to all the staff, especially Ennoch from Hussar Grill, looked after us well. The only fly in the ointment was a waiter knocking on our door after we’d retired to ask us to sign a receipt for 2 drinks which we hadn’t had. Then to be given the bill the next day on departure was rather annoying to say the least so the hotel needs to sort that out so that cannot happen again. However we would return.

Loved the restaurant and the staff. Property was also very nice but was loud for the days being there due to construction of solar panels etc.

Lovely boutique hotel
Lovely little boutique hotel. Great rooms, nice pool. Good location in centre of Franschhoek. Great on-site restaurant. Only downside is quite noisy. We had a road facing room next to the security hut. Very busy road and could hear the security chairs scraping and walk-in talkies very early in the morning. So suggest getting a room around the back.

The hotel is in a central location and handy for the Wine Tours and local restaurants. Very helpful staff combined with very good service. Secure car parking and an excellent pool.

This is a beautiful hotel, close to the shops and restaurants in Franschhoek. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. The swimming pool was a reasonable size. There is a secure car park. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property in a gorgeous town. It was well managed, had a great restaurant attached (that also served breakfast). Rooms were well appointed and huge as were the bathrooms. Overall no complaints, just about perfect.
