Enjoy glorious ocean views and sunsets in the luxurious self catering apartment situated in the upper part of Sea Point; one of Cape town’s most affluent suburbs with 24/7 Arm response. This spacious (160m2) apartment is spread over three levels and can comfortably accommodate six guests in three double bedrooms. The apartment has been newly refurbished to a high specification. With mid-century modern furnishing and pared back colour scheme, the apartment features a large private deck ideal for sundowners .Guest can enjoy full sea view from all levels and the balconies in the upstairs living room and second floor bedroom; whilst the main bedroom has sliding doors leading on to the large deck. The first level of the apartment comprises an open-plan kitchen; dining and air conditioned living area as well as a guest toilet all with panoramic ocean views. The modernist royal turquoise kitchen is fully equipped for six guests, with a dining table to seat nine quests. The living room has a large L-shape sofa and sliding doors leading onto the balcony with stunning sea views.
A spiral like staircase leads you to the middle level which consist of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with his her basin ,walk in double shower and toilet .Continue down the staircase and you’ll discover the main bedroom which has a little more to offer than just a bed. Guest enters the main bedroom via a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and mini fridge which makes it easy for entertaining on the deck. There is also seating area with a sofa bed and TV adjoining the kitchen. The main bedroom is separated from the living area by a divider, allowing for privacy .It offers a king sized bed ,air conditioning and full en-suite bathroom with his and her basin ,walk in shower, freestanding bath and toilet. The lower part of the Sea Point neighbourhood is trendy and popular with an abundance of restaurants, bars, boutiques and convenient stores. The My City bus is less than 500 metres from the apartment, offering easy access to rest of the city. The apartment offers a garage and open parking bay. Remote control access and a alarm system.

Arrival between 18:00 and 02:00 is subject to 300 late arrival fee.



Check-in will be from 14:00pm (2pm) to 18:00 (6pm). Any check-in after 18:00 (6pm) can be accommodated at an additional cost of R300.00 and will be payable on arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete the check-in process, therefore it is essential to schedule an exact time with our host on +27 83 239 4627 as we are not based at our properties.

We found the furnishings uncomfortable. Would have enjoyed patio furniture.

The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. We liked the location but felt we should have been told about steep road as one of us had mobility issue.

Very Nice

This property had amazing views and windows and balconies to enjoy them. Minor things, work being done next door a little irritating but they obeyed the rules. Plus a few extra's like a few deck chairs and maybe a small table on the deck would have been nice. Also hand rails on the inside stair wells would be a good safety feature. We were well taken care of when we locked ourselves out of the flat on our last day. We only lost an hour of our time thanks to the cleaning lady. Overall a fantastic stay. Thank-you

Stylish Condo with Amazing Views

My husband and I recently stayed here with two other friends for 5 days during the first half of our African vacation. We absolutely loved everything about it. It's a spacious apartment with more than enough room for everyone. The views of Sea Point and water from every level were just breath taking. Location was also wonderful, close to all major attractions in Cape Town, but separate enough to be quiet and "away from it all". The only negative is the lack of wi-fi. This did make for some minor inconveniences, but nothing we couldn't make work for a couple of days.

We had a woundeful time at this apartment as overall sea view and spectacular location and security.

It could be better services with minor mataimance and renewing some of the old furniture.
