Dear erick I am baffled by your 6 out of 10. You requested a late arrival and we went out of our way to accommodate your request and then you left early the next morning after breakfast, so you did not have much opportunity to enjoy our property. I specifically enquired if everything went well with the late arrival and if you enjoyed your stay and your answer was positive. We would prefer if guests gave us feedback while staying with us so we can improve their experience.

Good day, Thank you for your charming review. The Bonne Esperance guest house will be fully renovated during the winter of 2019 in South Africa. We look forward to introducing our guests to the renovated guest house where we have corrected the shortcomings of the past.
