Wake up to country views and still be a 10-minute walk (or 3-minute drive) from Cape Paterson beach. This 5-bedroom, two-storey house sleeps 10, so two families can spread out without squeezing in.

The house:
- 4 bedrooms with a queen bed each
- 1 bedroom with two single bunk beds
- 2 bathrooms, one including a jet spa
- Downstairs is a hang-out space, and upstairs has a large balcony with views

Outdoors and pets:
Dogs are welcome. The backyard is enclosed, and Cape Paterson’s country trails and beach walks suit dogs well. There’s a gas BBQ for evenings outside, and a driveway at the side of the house for parking.

Comfort all year:
Wi-Fi, a full-size fridge, a laundry with a washing machine, and a fireplace for cold night. Overhead fans and split-system heating and cooling keep the house comfortable in any season.

The area:
Walk or drive to the local café and restaurants. Scenic roads lead to Inverloch and Wonthaggi. Cape Paterson is a quiet seaside town, 2 hours drive from Melbourne.

Good to know:
Linen is not provided. Please bring sheets and pillowcases. Doonas and pillows are provided.
Minimum stay: 2 nights on weekends, 3 on long weekends, 5 in peak summer.
