"We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, in a great quiet location, and had everything we needed, from a coffee machine to laundry. We loved the backyard and grill, and our kids had a blast. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"The house is very old (which is fine) but in a state of disrepair. There are holes in the walls and the floors, we noticed ants in the kitchen (which we were warned about ahead of time) so we put all open foods in the fridge or the microwave. The ants completely invaded the microwave and we lost an entire pack of muffins and another pack of bagels. We had to spray everyday for ants, so I eventually had to go to the store to get more spray. Half the outlets did not work. The shower is so old...

"Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home, we really enjoyed the house! House had everything we needed and it was clean! Loved the extra bonus of having beach accessories ready for us to use! do think some beach chairs need cleaning or replacement, not big of a deal for us as we welcomed having them, it was a bonus! The walk to the beach was really nice and glad we can go anytime without it being crowded. Overall enjoyed the home and we do look forward to coming back next year!"

"Incredibly pet friendly, location is PERFECTION. Deck view; incredible.This location is an UPSTAIRS unit- which was not mentioned anywhere I could find on the Vrbo ad. We did just fine with the stairs, but I did not realize there was an additional downstairs unit ( the add indicated entire home).Floors throughout the unit were pretty dirty-sticky upon arrival, hairy and dirty/sandy. Overall, we had a great trip-host was communicative!"

"We received good communication leading up to arrival but then did not receive any response from the owner after checkin when pointing out some of the following items and asking for instructions about the garbage schedule. There was a broken towel rack in the bathroom, moldy shower curtain liner, comforter with a stain on it, old ratty towels, garbage all over the yard and spilling out of the outside garbage pails, and a broken table in the side yard. The couch in the living room was falling...

"Joe and Colleen were fantastic hosts. Very responsive in communicating with us. The property was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Property is very user friendly. First time to Cape May area and location is very short commute to all the attractions of Cape May area. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anybody playing a stay in the Cape May area. My family was there for Coast Guard graduation. Only 10-15 minute drive to USCG Training Center Cape May."

"The house was lovely, exactly like the photos on line. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and the quality was not spared. It was about 4 houses from the beach which was amazing, equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart (which was a game changer), and inflatable inner tubes, another game changer given the heatwave we had when there! Sadly it was too hot to enjoy the back patio, and though it had its own split AC unit, the sunroom was pretty warm until about 6pm....
