It had a working fridge/freezer, stove, microwave with vent, toaster, accommodating for our dog as well; it has a outdoor shower for when you come from the beach you can just wash up outside in the backyard along with grill and tables, host was friendly and asked us how we were and if needed anything, I’d recommend

Great location but that was it!

The location of this hotel was great however there was too much noise. We could literally hear every footstep from the rooms above us (we stayed on the second floor). Also, the beds were not comfortable at all. We loved the location though! Close to everything.

Property was great! But if you bring a dog and it barks, the other people in apartment complain. I didn't complain when people are loud, running in hallway and kids jumping and screaming. I am on vacation i expect it to be loud!

Stayed here MDW 2025 with our family of 6 (including our granddaughter and doggy). I haven't been to Wildwood in YEARS. I am so grateful and happy we found this place. The location was convenient to everything. The check in process was super smooth and Christian is very nice and helpful. The 2bd apt wasn't huge but the beds in each bedroom were comfortable and we even had enough space to eat breakfast together in the well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very small but if just need a space to shower and get cleaned up it was perfect. The entire apartment was also very very clean when we arrived! I hate to leave a mess so I actually even went and bought a broom to sweep up some of the sand all of the place. Really the only downside was no elevator (we were on the 3rd floor) but who doesn't need a little exercise every now and then. Building was also pretty secure. Passcodes to get onto the respective floors and then another code to get in to the apartment. Parking was a bit tricky, especially since we had to pick up trucks but we were fortunate to find parking right front and also utilized the parking lot just a few minutes on the corner. I don't have any complaints regarding our stay at Garfield Beach House. Affordable, clean, safe, dog friendly and only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Christian and Garfield Beach House for a memorable MDW

Wouldn’t recommend

The free parking lot was full so I had to pay a meter. The room had no living room space and the bathroom light was hanging off the wall. The blanket for the bed was dirty so I asked for a new one and some additional blankets since their were 6 of us and the person I texted said they would bring them and never did. Then some guy I guess the property manager can knocking because my daughter was walking around a little hard and told us to be quiet because people were putting their babies to sleep meanwhile we were gone all day and had just gotten back from the boardwalk. I wouldn’t stay here again.

False advertisement!

The service was good..only the service. The property is NOT like as the advertised. It shows washer and dryer but none of them existed. Blankets are disgusted dirty. Window frames, lights and lamps are all rusted. NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!

HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I never ever write reviews, but I need to write a review about my stay. I don’t know how this place has 4 stars and good reviews. This place was absolutely disgusting and dirty, check in was horrible, and the man at the front is so rude. 1 hour before check in I was getting texts about how I need to send everyone’s IDs to this number, and asking our ages. That is very unprofessional, I uploaded my ID from start and that is all they should have needed. We were then discriminated for our ages being 25-29 years old. We were told we “looked young”. He could have just looked at our IDs but he photo scanned them. I talked to my lawyer about this and they explained that this was not allowed at all, since they were photo copied. Only the person whose name was on the reservation should have been scanned in (even though it was already scanned in on their pre check in website). I walked into the room, all the blinds were broken, it smelt like mildew, sheets were not cleaned from the time before (see attached picture), and everything was rusted. Also the room was not portrayed as it was shown on hotels.com. The room did not have a couch, but online it showed a couch. My stay was absolutely horrible and so unprofessional. Thank god we were only in there to sleep, we would have rather slept in our cars at this point.

All the amenities listed were included. Plenty of wash rags and towels also a broom was provided wheb we inquired about one after a long day at the beach the sand had followed us back to the room! One of the tvs did not have a remote after asking i had gotten one in less than 2 min of me asking. Very fast responses and answered all questions. Very close proximity to the boardwalk! My family would book again

The unit was nice, clean. Parking was available and clearly marked. The heat was hard to regulate and there were no extra blankets to keep warm. No common room in our unit. With that said, we would still recommend this property.

Brilliant 2-day family getaway

The property was extremy clean and comfortable. The property is very well maintained and accessible. Kitchen decently stocked with plates/utensils. Bathroom a little tight but does the job. The check in process was so simple and easy. They texted us all the important info and codes to the hallway and apartment. Very convenient to have codes to apartment instead of keys. It housed family of 4 comfortably. It’s located centrally and 1.5 blocks from beach/boardwalk. Would have preferred to have washer/dryer to dry clothes but those are only available in half the apartments (west side). You can hear pretty much every footstep from apartment above but it didn’t bother us too much and property was quite after 10pm.

Definitely Stay Here ASAP!!!

This place was great! A little 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom. A quick walk and you are dead center in the boardwalk by the Ocean. Quick walk means, 2 or 3 short blocks. I enjoyed it!! A/C was KICKING, beds were comfy, shower was HOT, and the little front porch was fun to sit and drink. 100% recommend if you need a beach place to enjoy!

Was a couple of blocks from the boardwalk. You can see the beach from the front porch. Great sunsets!! We loved our stay.

Place had great location, less than 5 minutes from the boardwalk Bathroom was really small and tight Room had sand leftover from previous guests Cable had less than 15 channels and didn’t work half the time Once you look past that everything else was great. Parking was in the driveway and the room was just like the pictures. If you need a place for a decent price and you not looking for extra it’s a good spot 3/5

GREAT LOCATION!!! didn’t realize that there weren’t any comforters so family was cold by morning. Not necessarily their fault because it does say “sheets provided.” Little loud at night but seemed to calm down around 11-12. Parking is kind of a mess so I’d plan on just paying for parking on the street if you want to use your vehicle on the trip otherwise it could be blocked in. Couldn’t get WIFI to connect on any devices but maybe just a one off. Overall this place Is a great location for the $$. I would definitely stay again just trying to be honest with the review. Host was very nice and helpful. Might be best for a little younger crowd but good enough for a family.
