"Very nice place. Clean for the most part. Had to switch rooms. First room very clean. Second room had dirty bathroom floor and bed sheets were worn and pilling. Overall i would say if they provided a little single use coffee witj creamers in the room that would be cool. They do offer coffee in lobby but only after 7pm. "

"The grounds were very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The room was spotless, housekeeping was wonderful, polite and very accommodating.
We only had a couple issues to mention. The mattress on the pullout couch was as thin as a cracker and extremely uncomfortable. The shower curtain rod was about 6" to far into the shower so the curtain stuck to you while you tried to shower.
And a side note, the elevators were extremely small and slow. Being that there were only 2,...

The rooms were big, had amazing views of the ocean, (even though we were pool side,) and very clean. The pool was amazing. Extremely clean and warm. Love that the deep end is 9 feet! The parking was easy too. Last, the location is perfect, as you're just steps away from the start of the boardwalk. This is our new go to place. Highly Recommend! "

"This is our first time staying at the Queen Victoria and we loved it .it was very clean and the staff were amazing. Special shoutout to Monica . There was a big selection for breakfast .and afternoon tea We enjoyed sitting in the little garden when we ate breakfast and the afternoon tea .
It is ao close to the beach and Washington Street . Parking is a bit of a challenge but we managed to find a good parking spot . We walked all over .
