Pool/SPA Heating: Please note the maximum temperature setting fpr the pool is 88°F (SPA 104) to maintain proper equipment function and ensure a comfortable swim. Pool heating is managed remotely. Pool heating is an added feature for $15 per day and must be requested prior to arrival Temperatures of the pools will vary depending on weather conditions. Colder nights/morning will result in longer times bringing the pool to a comfortable temperature. Pool equipment for heating does not run 24/7.

Property Essentials – we provide starter essentials for your stay. This includes paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional items needed are the responsibility of the guest to acquire during their stay.

Electricity Use - Home comes with a weekly power allotment of $75. Any power use over that amount will be charged to the guest in the amount of $0.20 per kilowatt. Guests who opt in for pool heating will not be negatively impacted.



Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire home, lanai, pool, and lakefront area. You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer, garage parking, and keyless entry for convenience.

Owner closets in the garage are not accessible to guests.
