Pool Heating: Pool heat is available and can be added to your reservation. Please note the maximum temperature setting is 88°F to maintain proper equipment function and ensure a comfortable swim.

*Electricity Use. Guests are allotted $75 per week of electricity use. Usage is monitored at arrival and when the guest leaves. Any overage will be charged at $0.20 per kwh.

*Pool Heating – temperature of the pools will vary depending on weather conditions. Colder nights/morning will result in longer times bringing the pool to a comfortable temperature. Pool heating does not run 24/7.

*Property essentials – we provide starter essentials for your stay. This includes paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional items needed are the responsibility of the guest to acquire during their stay.

You will receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. Guests have access to the entire home, except for the locked owner’s storage closet located off the mater bedroom. Garage access is also not available.
