Villa Seven Oceans - stylish new villa, extra large pool & spa, boat dock

The brand new villa "Seven Oceans" is located directly at the Courtney Canal in the hip southwest of Cape Coral.

The stylishly and modernly furnished house with over 2153 sqft has a boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, 3 bedrooms with king-size beds as well as 3 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso Machine. The villa is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 6 people.

In the master bathroom you will find a freestanding bathtub, a sophisticated walk-in shower and 2 separate washstands with plenty of storage space. The livingroom is very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen right next to it. The big TV is also set up with Apple TV.
Music fans will love the Sonos stereo sound system with wireless speakers. Enjoy your local radio station or your individual playlist all over the house and the pool area.

The fantastic outdoor area is protected by a large screen and faces west. Look forward to an extra large heated pool, sunledge as well as luxurious outdoor spa and relax on the comfortable sun loungers or in the cozy lounge corner with TV and LED wall fireplace! The pool water is treated by a special pool water treatment plant (salt electrolysis system).

Of course you can enjoy all meals on the terrace in the inviting dining area. Maybe you organize a barbecue? No problem with our practical gas grill!

With the color change of the pool and spa area the sunset becomes something very special.

Supermarkets and many restaurants can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes. The vacation home is an ideal starting point for various activities. How about a trip to one of the famous beaches in the area? There are also two kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

In Cape Coral, our property management team will take care of you. They will be ready to help you with all your problems and questions during your stay. After your arrival, they will show you around in the house. Moreover, we prepared a folder with useful information about your holiday location.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
