Welcome to our serene, sunlit waterfront villa with dock access to the Caloosahatchee River! This vibrant, spacious home is imbued with the artistic sensibilities of our native home of Vietnam. Spend your leisure days swimming and sunbathing by the pool & spa, fishing from the dock or kayaking at sunrise. Or you may just decide to enjoy the sun set over the river from the outdoor bar. Within 30 minutes are the award-winning restaurants of lovely downtown Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach.

Other Things to Note:
WARNING:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any sign of smoking.
- Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- Guests may only start fires in the designated fire pit in the backyard.
- Please do not leave children unattended when outside, near pools and water front, or on the water.
- No diving into the pool.
- No diving off the dock as the canal may be shallow.
- Please closely follow instruction to operate the jacuzzi jet and heater, pool heater, and boat lift.

NATURE: Due to Florida’s humid sub-tropical climate, you may encounter wildlife and insects that you’re not accustomed to seeing in other places. These include and are not limited to the following: alligators, lizards, pythons, palmetto bugs, spiders and others. We highly appreciate your assistance in keeping the property clean, properly disposing of garbage, not leaving food and crumbs out, and immediately informing us of any incident so that we may promptly rectify the issue.

GOOGLE NEST SMART THERMOSTAT: This thermostat is installed in all of our Airbnb homes. We’re not at our Airbnb homes all the time, so it’s our best option as hosts to remotely and automatically regulate and monitor our homes’ temperature to keep our guests comfortable.
